Shipping & Returns


International FREE Shipping

All orders are processed within 5-9 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders, except those countries / territories that are imposed international sanctions.

Delivery time is 15-45 days, depending on the country of delivery. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ARTRAMA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received your order within 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop.artrama@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
